Team Development

We work with leaders to maximise the potential and performance of teams. We do this by:

  • Reviewing and assessing team performance and capabilities
  • Providing recommendations and strategies for improvement
  • Reviewing team structures ; including roles, responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Designing and delivering team development workshops
  • Developing culture change strategies

We facilitate workshops using the Team Management Systems (TMS) Profile tool:

  • Designed to enhance understanding of individual and a team approaches to work
  • Provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, and the strengths they bring to a team
  • Creates greater awareness of the team’s strengths and potential areas of weakness or challenge
  • Outcomes include improved relationships, communication and team performance
