Team Development
We work with leaders to maximise the potential and performance of teams. We do this by:
- Reviewing and assessing team performance and capabilities
- Providing recommendations and strategies for improvement
- Reviewing team structures ; including roles, responsibilities and performance expectations
- Designing and delivering team development workshops
- Developing culture change strategies
We facilitate workshops using the Team Management Systems (TMS) Profile tool:
- Designed to enhance understanding of individual and a team approaches to work
- Provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, and the strengths they bring to a team
- Creates greater awareness of the team’s strengths and potential areas of weakness or challenge
- Outcomes include improved relationships, communication and team performance
