360 Degree FeedbackWe work with our clients to facilitate 360-degree feedback processes. Also known as "multi-rater reviews" the process aims to elicit feedback from people with a range of working relationships with the employee. Typically feedback is provided by subordinates, peers, and supervisors. It also includes a self-assessment and, in some cases, from external sources such as customers and suppliers or other interested stakeholders. The results from 360-degree feedback processes are most often used to plan training and development at an organisation, team and invididual level. |
