Effective recruitment doesn't finish at offer, or on commencement of employment. At Ryan Gately we believe the short term success of your recruitment activity should be measured through the confirmation of employment at the completion of probation. Best practice would suggest that the outcome is formally recorded and confirmed in writing to the employee.
