Naked Friday -Team Building to the extreme!

According to UK based the Sun newspaper, a cheeky business consultant in the UK has gone to the extreme in an attempt to boost performance - by asking staff to work naked for a day! Amazingly staff at an ailing marketing company in Newcastle, England went ahead with the daring idea and say the company has improved significantly, having to take on 2 extra staff to meet demand.

"As a creative company, we persuade our clients to be brave and this was about taking on some of the braveness ourselves. We are either brave or mad" says Managing Director Mike Owen.

Employees weren't pressured into participating, they had options to come fully clothed, in underwear whatever they felt comfortable in The Sun reported.

Whilst we at Ryan Gately wouldn't recommend trying this anytime soon, it does make for an interesting, light hearted read.
